Zhang Zhilei (born May 2, 1983 in Henan) is a Chinese amateur boxer best known for winning a bronze medal at the world amateur championships 2007 at super heavyweight and a silver medal at the 2008 Beijing Olympics (the 100th and last medal for China).2003 the huge southpaw lost in the first round of the World Championship to Polish fellow southpaw Grzegorz Kiełsa At the 2004 World University Boxing Championships he lost the final to Rustam Saidov.
