Kyle Alcorn is an American track and field athlete. As a long distance runner he has been most successful in the steeplechase. On June 28, 2012 he qualified for the 2012 Olympics by finishing third in the 2012 United States Olympic Trials and surpassing the Olympic A standard. Alcorn ran for Buchanan High School in Clovis, California. As a junior he won the 3200 meters at the CIF California State Meet. As a senior his time improved seven seconds but he was edged by Tim Nelson, whom he had beaten the year before. He also played Water Polo.
